Our mission
A farm, a retreat and a fresh start
Better Together CT Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a working farm in North Stonington, Connecticut. We're a retreat for veterans, first responders and the community.
Veterans train with our team from seed to sale: planting, growing, harvesting, drying, curing, extracting, product making and labeling. It's hands-on job training they can take anywhere.
- Organic hemp & vegetable growing with regenerative farming
- Animal therapy with our mini horses, donkey and chickens
- Art classes: drawing, painting, sewing, ceramics, drumming
- Produce shared with seniors and local school lunch programs
